1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Inflin platform, including the website, mobile applications (User App and Influencer App), and all related services, owned and operated by KOLUGURI INFO TECH E-MEDIA HOUSE (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our platform, you (“User”, “Influencer”, or “Visitor”) agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Platform Overview
Inflin is an online marketplace that:
- Allows Users to search, explore, and book influencers.
- Allows Influencers to register, submit documents, get approved, receive booking requests, and receive payouts upon service completion.
- Administers bookings, verification, payments, and dispute management through the Company.
3. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years old
- Capable of entering into legally binding agreements
- Providing accurate, complete, and verifiable information
The Company may reject, restrict, or suspend accounts at its discretion.
4. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide genuine booking and contact details
- Make payments only through authorized and secure channels
- Not misuse the platform for harassment, threats, fraud, or illegal activities
- Treat influencers respectfully and professionally
The Company is not responsible for any disputes arising due to false information submitted by Users.
5. Influencer Obligations
Influencers agree to:
- Submit valid identity documents for verification
- Maintain accurate profile information, pricing, and availability
- Attend all confirmed bookings on time
- Provide professional service to Users
- Not share inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted content without rights
Failure to follow guidelines may result in suspension or permanent removal.
6. Bookings & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after successful User payment.
- The Company receives payment from the User on behalf of the Influencer.
- Upon completion of the booking and verification, payment will be released to the Influencer.
- In case of no-show, incomplete service, or cancellation, the Company reserves full authority to adjust, deny, or deduct payouts.
The User acknowledges that the Company is only a platform and not the direct service provider.
7. Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes
Refunds or cancellations shall be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy (separate mandatory document for Razorpay).
The Company’s decision on disputes is final and binding.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Post or transmit offensive content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
- Use automated systems (bots) without permission
Violation may result in immediate account termination.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, text, and materials available on the platform are owned by KOLUGURI INFO TECH E-MEDIA HOUSE.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company is not responsible for User–Influencer disputes, cancellations, behavior, or communication.
- We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or damages arising from platform usage.
- Services are used “as available” and “as-is”.
11. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For breach of these Terms
- Providing false information
- Fraudulent activities
- Misuse or non-compliance
Termination may occur without prior notice.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any legal dispute shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
