CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules, conditions, and procedures for cancellations and refunds for Users and Influencers on the Inflin platform, owned and operated by KOLUGURI INFO TECH E-MEDIA HOUSE.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. General Policy
Bookings made through the Inflin platform involve scheduling influencers for events, promotions, or personal engagements. Since influencer time and availability are limited and pre-allocated, cancellations and refunds are handled with strict guidelines.
2. User Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation Before Confirmation
If a User cancels before the booking is confirmed, a refund (if any payment was collected) will be processed without any deduction.
2.2 Cancellation After Booking Confirmation
If a User cancels after the influencer has accepted the booking, the following rules apply:
· Cancellation within 2 hours of booking confirmation:
Eligible for full refund.
· Cancellation after 2 hours but before 24 hours of scheduled time:
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Remaining amount will be refunded.
· Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time:
No refund will be provided.
2.3 Event Day Cancellations
Cancellations made on the actual day of the event are non-refundable.
3. Influencer Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by the Influencer
If an influencer cancels a confirmed booking:
· The User will receive a 100% refund.
· The influencer may face penalties including:
o Temporary suspension
o Reduced rating
o Permanent removal for repeated cancellations
3.2 No-Show by Influencer
If the influencer fails to attend the booking without valid reason:
· Full refund is issued to the User
· Influencer payout is forfeited
· Influencer account may face disciplinary action
4. Platform / Admin Cancellations
The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking due to:
· Policy violations
· Fraudulent transactions
· Security or verification failures
· Influencer unavailability
In such cases, the User receives a 100% refund.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refund Timeline
If eligible, refunds will be processed within:
· 5–7 business days for UPI, wallet, or card payments
· 7–10 business days for bank account refunds
Actual timeline may vary depending on payment gateway and bank processes.
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used during booking.
5.3 Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
· User cancels within 24 hours of event time
· Influencer has already attended or partially completed the service
· User provides incorrect booking information
· Misconduct or violation of platform guidelines by User
· Service dissatisfaction due to subjective opinion (e.g., style, approach)
6. Modification of Booking
If a User requests change of date/time:
· Influencer availability will be rechecked
· If influencer accepts, booking is rescheduled at no additional cost
· If influencer is unavailable, cancellation rules will apply
7. Fraud & Abuse
Inflin reserves the right to withhold or deny refunds in cases of:
· Chargeback fraud
· Suspicious activity
· Misuse of the platform refund system
Legal action may be initiated for severe cases.
8. Important Notes
· Refunds, if approved, are issued only after internal verification.
· The Company is not liable for delays caused by bank or payment gateway.
· All decisions made by KOLUGURI INFO TECH E-MEDIA HOUSE in refund disputes are final and binding.
